An alumnus of Yale University, Tup Ingram, M.D., graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Mathematics and Philosophy and was a National Merit and William Randolph Hearst Foundation scholar. He moved to Dallas, Texas, to study medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and complete his residencies in general and plastic surgery at the UT Southwestern Medical Center.
Tup Ingram, M.D., took postgraduate fellowships in the country and abroad. Following his education in medicine, he attended Tulane University to obtain his MBA in Finance and International Business, graduating with a 3.84 GPA. After receiving his MBA, he went on to study at the University of California Berkeley for his Juris Doctorate. Raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Tup currently holds a clinic in Nashville, Tennessee, where his practice is focused on reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, with the exception of craniofacial surgery.
He is currently involved with the American Medical Association, Tennessee Medical Association, and American Academy for Cosmetic Surgery. In the past, Tup Ingram had worked with the Viennese Opera Ball of New York City, Operation Smile, Doctors Without Borders, and Habitat for Humanity. He enjoys scuba diving, flying, and exercising as his hobbies.
