Tup Ingram

Tup Ingram, M.D., is a reconstructive and plastic surgeon based in Nashville, Tennessee.  He attended Yale University for undergraduate studies, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in Mathematics and Philosophy. He moved to Dallas, Texas, to pursue his medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and completed his residencies in general and plastic surgery in UT Southwestern Medical Center where he was an Academic Excellence Awardee by the Department of Surgery.

An excellent student, Tup obtained his MBA at the Tulane University where he was a member of the Gamma Beta Sigma International Business Honor Society and was a Morton A. Aldrich scholar. In 2015, he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California Berkeley. Tup Ingram has published articles in peer-reviewed journals on medical devices, human anatomy, surgical techniques, finance, and law.

He had worked with several nonprofit organizations such as Doctors Without Borders, Operation Smile, Habitat for Humanity, and the Viennese Opera Ball of New York City where he was a member of the Benefits Committee. At present, Tup is involved with the American Medical Association, American Academy for Cosmetic Surgery, and Tennessee Medical Association. When he’s not busy with work, he enjoys flying, scuba diving, and exercising.
